Florida Blue Hosts Informational Meeting in Support of Boca Raton Bowl and Spirit of Giving Ticket Initiative

BOCA RATON, Fla. (November 6,2017) – The Boca Raton Bowl, Spirit of Giving Network and Florida Blue invites charitable organizational leaders to attend its “Fill the Seats” initiative informational meeting on Tuesday, November 7, at Florida Blue Retail Center in Boynton Beach.

“Florida Blue is proud to partner once again with the Spirit of Giving, the Boca Raton Bowl, and the area nonprofits to provide free tickets to deserving children and their families from across the community.” said Florida Blue Senior Market Development Manager Beth Johnston.

The meeting starts at 6 p.m. and will give information and distribute ticket vouchers to area nonprofits to bring children and their families to the 2017 Boca Raton Bowl for free.

Spirit of Giving and the Boca Raton Bowl has partnered with more than 60-plus nonprofits and community organizations to bring more than 10,000 children, veterans and families to the bowl game since the bowl’s inception in 2014.

The 2017 Boca Raton Bowl will kick off Tuesday, Dec. 19 on ESPN at 7 .p.m. ET, at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla. The game, in its fourth year, will feature a team from the American Athletic Conference and Conference USA.
