Florida Blue Hosts Informational Meeting in Support of the
Cheribundi Boca Raton Bowl ‘Fill the Seats’ Initiative
BOCA RATON, Fla. (November 19, 2019) – The Cheribundi Boca Raton Bowl, Spirit of Giving Network and Florida Blue joined forces to kick off the ‘Fill the Seats’ initiative last night at the Florida Blue Center in Boynton Beach.
The ‘Fill the Seats’ initiative provides local non-profit organizations with Cheribundi Boca Raton Bowl tickets each year. This offers deserving individuals and their families the opportunity to attend the game at no cost.
Last night, charitable organizational leaders heard from ‘Fill the Seats’ Initiative Chairman Richard Pollock, Spirit of Giving Network’s Executive Director Lindy Harvey, and Florida Blue’s Regional Market Development Director Beth Johnston to learn more about the opportunity and receive important information about the 2019 Cheribundi Boca Raton Bowl.
Spirit of Giving Network and the Cheribundi Boca Raton Bowl have partnered with more than 150 nonprofits and community organizations to bring more than 20,000 children, veterans and families to the bowl game since the bowl’s inception in 2014.
“We are proud to support our community organizations and provide opportunities to attend our bowl game to those who might not otherwise be able to enjoy this experience,” said Cheribundi Boca Raton Bowl Executive Director Doug Mosley.
Non-profit, veteran, and school organizations can RSVP for bowl game ticket vouchers by visiting https://spiritofgivingnetwork.com/event/cheribundi-boca-bowl/ and clicking the RSVP link at the bottom of the page.
